3 years member warranty

When you shop with us you get a 2-year warranty on all products. In addition, you can get 1 year extra warranty if you simply join our customer club. We think this is a good service, and we want to give our customers the best – and of course it’s free!

Warranty provisions

• Scandyna always provide a 2-year warranty on your product, unless you are a member of the customer club, of which the warranty is extended to 3 years. The warranty on your product is valid from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in your invoice.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product. It does not cover scratches, incorrect connection, theft or fire.
• Your invoice is valid as your warranty certificate, and this must be presented if you want to use the warranty.

You must of course save your invoice, which you will receive by e-mail.
